You provide the destination and guest list, and I’ll make your dream vacation a reality!

One 15-20 minute discovery call
One custom itinerary proposal, including hotels, tours/experiences, and transportation (excluding international flights) + up to 3 edits within a 90 day period
Travel plans for 4 travelers for up to 14 days of travel.
A personalized interactive itinerary app
Optional predeparture call to review any last minute details

NOTE

All planning fees will be due at the beginning of the travel planning process during consultation, and will be nonrefundable — this compensates me for time spent researching and assembling the proposal/itinerary.

I reserve the right to adjust fees as needed due to the unique nature of each trip. You will never be billed for services without prior discussion and transparency on pricing.
